Day 1 – Arrival in Amritsar | Golden Temple & Wagah Border
Arrive in Amritsar, the spiritual and cultural heart of Punjab. Begin your journey with a visit to the Golden Temple (Sri Harmandir Sahib), the most sacred Sikh pilgrimage site and one of the five Takhts. Explore the historic Jallianwala Bagh, a memorial of India’s freedom struggle. In the evening, witness the patriotic Wagah Border Beating Retreat Ceremony, a major tourist attraction. Day 2 – Amritsar to Dharamshala
After breakfast, drive to Dharamshala, a beautiful hill town nestled in the Dhauladhar range. On arrival, check in to your hotel. Visit the Norbulingka Institute, known for preserving Tibetan art and culture, followed by St. John’s Church. Time permitting, visit the Dharamshala War Memorial, dedicated to local martyrs. After breakfast, proceed to McLeod Ganj, the residence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. Day 4 – Dharamshala to Manali

Day 5 – Manali Local Sightseeing & Solang Valley
Explore the highlights of Manali sightseeing. Visit the ancient Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Village known for its natural hot sulphur springs, Tibetan Monastery, Roerich Art Gallery, and Baathist Temple. Later, enjoy stunning views at Solang Valley, famous for adventure activities and snow-capped peaks (subject to weather). Also visit Kothi Village and Rahala Waterfalls if the road is open. Evening free to stroll along Manali Mall Road. Overnight stay in Manali.
Day 6 – Manali to Kaza via Rohtang & Kunzum Pass
After early breakfast, drive to Kaza, the headquarters of Spiti Valley, crossing the famous Rohtang Pass (3,980 m) and Kunzum Pass (4,558 m). En route, pass through scenic villages like Losar, Hansa, and Rangrik. On arrival, check in at a guest house. Overnight stay in Kaza.
Day 7 – Kaza Sightseeing | Ki Monastery & Kibber
After breakfast, visit the iconic Ki Monastery, the largest and most picturesque monastery in Spiti. Continue to Kibber Village, one of the highest motorable villages in the world. Later, drive to Tashigong Village for panoramic views of Chau Chau Kang Nilda Peak. Evening free to explore Kaza town, the main hub of Spiti Valley. Overnight stay at the guest house.
Day 8 – Kaza to Tabo via Pin Valley & Dhankar
After breakfast, drive towards Pin Valley National Park, where you may spot wildlife like Ibex near the Pin River. Visit the historic Kungri Monastery. Continue to Dhankar Monastery, dramatically perched on a hilltop and once the fort residence of the Spiti ruler (Nano). Also visit Lalung Monastery en route. Later, proceed to Tabo and check in at the guest house. Evening visit to the famous Tabo Monastery, founded in 996 AD by Rinchen Zangpo. Overnight stay in Tabo.
Day 9 – Tabo to Kalpa via Nako & Khab
After breakfast, revisit Tabo Monastery if desired. Drive towards Kalpa, stopping at Nako Village, known for its serene lake and ancient Buddhist temples with beautiful murals and stucco images. Near Nako, see the sacred rock believed to bear the footprint of Padmasambhava. Continue your journey via Khab, the scenic confluence of the Spiti and Sutlej Rivers. Arrive in Kalpa, set against the majestic Kinner Kailash Range. Check in at the hotel and enjoy breathtaking Himalayan views. Overnight stay in Kalpa.
Day 10 – Kalpa Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit Roghi Village, famous for traditional Kinnauri architecture and dramatic cliff views. Enjoy a scenic walk back to Kalpa along the Roghi cliff. Afternoon free to explore Kalpa Village or visit Recong Peo, the district headquarters of Kinnaur. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 11 – Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back home with unforgettable memories of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Spiti Valley, and Kinnaur.
